I have a 22-year track record as a public prosecutor.

Since serving as the District Attorney for Placer County, I have made several improvements and launched a number of impactful programs:

  • Placer County District Attorney’s Office Citizen’s Academy
  • Placer County District Attorney’s Office Speaker Panel
  • Working group to collaborate on solutions for those who are homeless and fall into the criminal justice system
  • Community Outreach Unit to engage the community and increase trust and transparency in the District Attorney’s office

Prior to serving as Placer County’s District Attorney, I worked for the Sacramento District Attorney’s office for 15 years where I held multiple roles, most recently as an Assistant Chief Deputy District Attorney. I began my work as a public prosecutor as a Deputy District Attorney for the Riverside County District Attorney’s office.
